Adjustable vibrating screen
The vibrating sieve avoids troublesome clogging of the discharge chute, as the contents of the container are constantly shaken. The vibrating screen works automatically by pushing the carriage. In addition, it is possible to dose the amount of chalk ejected by the dry marking carriage with the adjustment of the vibrating sieve and thus determine the thickness of the line.The width of the line can be adjusted between 50 and 120 mm, according to the needs. The ejection can be stopped easily with a hand lever.
Frame construction
The marking trolley has a stable tubular steel frame with powder-coated stove enamel. All small parts are galvanized. 4 Pneumatic tires turf-protecting balloon wheels 260 x 85 mm with roller bearings ensure smooth running and the direction finder ensures exact lines.
